In lockdown period, how to teach monuments  of India more effectively  and interestingly ?

You can make it more participatory by assigning 1 monument to each child which they have visited along with sharing their experiences supported with pictures. Apart from this, you can yourself use already existing virtual content for similar topics to prepare your lessons. You can also include parents by assigning children to interview their parents on such topics. I am sharing one such resource here.

Make a ppt of different Monuments and in each one paste the pics of the students whom u are teaching and build a story around it by naming the child eg Ramesh had gone to Delhi during his summer vacations last year. Or in his dreams. Can you name the Monuments he must have seen. Pour information about the Monuments as hints and encourage them to name it in the chatbox. This way different pics diff students and teaching can be carried on in play way method
