An hen's egg is not a group of cells. It is a single cell. After it hatches to form a chick, the chick will have a group of cells. The egg of a hen represents a single cell and is big enough to be seen by the unaided eye

A hen's egg is a single cell just like an ostrich egg but it becomes multicellular after it hatches to form a chick.
