1.Sir, first of all make friendly relationship with them. Because they can shareany question they are facing to you. 2.Then make groups of students of aggressive and calm but clever or not. So they can enjoy group learning. 3.Engage them in various activities and projects. So after engaging their aggressive nature becomes normal. 4.Use rhymes, poems, stories to concentrate them. Because they like all of these. 5.Show them various videos, ppts, pictures and make learning enjoyable to them. 6.Take some language games, puzzles, riddles, etc. for concentrating them.

Stand firmly where you can observe the student in question and show the class you are in control but far enough away to keep an eye on all of your students.
