Some people might consider it a waste of time but in fact exercise increases the blood flow and helps in retaining attention. 5. Eating Healthy is another thing to be kept in mind. Eating junk food can also upset the stomach and cause issues. 6. Switching off the social media before exams. Social media is a constant source of information. It serves as a distraction and it can also elevate the anxiety during exams. 7. Improving time management is helpful in dealing with exam stress. 8. Doing mock exams can help in a great way . It will help in identifying the problems and will increase confidence.
