For pre-primary classes children, online classes may cause health problems ( like eye ache and headache ). How do we deal
with this. Please suggest!

Thank you for this question , sir. We of course see certain issues like you mentioned. Sadly, we can't stop online classes but we can take some measures:

1. Keep shorter classes. Do not exceed more than the time given.
2. one can keep 'time outs' during online teaching where students can wash their faces and get back to the class. This will keep the eyes fresh.
3. if we can't eliminate screen time from studies then we should speak to parents and limit their screen time when they are not studying.

sir! as you have mentioned about the health issues regarding online classes ,i think we can deal with this by follwing some steps like:

1. Conducting online classes not only for teaching      lessons but for mental health like: YOGA,        MEDITATION. So that the student can be monitored regarding the mental and physical well being.

2.  As the online classes can not be stopped , we should teach students some precautions about how to take care their sight .

3.Should guide their parents also about giving their child the nutritious food .
