Praise is one of the simplest and most powerful tools to engage and motivate students. Even if the answer is wrong, we must appreciate the child's effort with words and in our expressions. When used effectively, praise can turn around behavior challenges and improve students' attitudes about learning. Students who learn and think differently often receive negative feedback as a result of their struggles. We should be careful of the negative strokes which stops students from making further efforts.
