I’ve come to believe that the only thing I can truly control in the classroom is MYSELF. I am in charge of my thoughts, my feelings, my actions, and my reactions. I no longer measure my day based on the behavior of students, but measure my day based on how I positively or negatively impacted students.

Entering into an agreement with the students based on following some rules to maintain order and discipline. Praising and rewarding frequently those who are committing to the rules.
