It is very difficult to find out a strategies  that are most succefull in any situation. anyways context-appropriate strategies are a better option. Strategies are not self-sufficient ,it is actually depended on the cultural background in which we are realizing it. I think, relevent strategies are those which fulfill the needs of the learner  and to fulfill that we have to integrate strategies with the learners .   so , according to the needs and interest of the students  various types  of ICTs can be introduced... such as web-based  strategies, power point presentation, game based learning  ...

Be it for reducing mass literacy through introduction of distance mode of teaching learning, or for improving pedagogical practices through effective learning, and quality evaluation, integration of ICT has been gaining an extensive attention of individuals across globe, and particularly in the country like ours.
