Now a days social media plays a very important role for getting the recognition. Whatever activities you are doing with the students pls make a video of that and upload it in the social media. After watching your efforts they will surely recognise you and their mentality will change. Be creative and try to in novate your own energizer and activities and implement in the classroom.
