first of all we should know about the children which comes from different backgrounds. in this regards parents are highly beneficial for teachers to give information about the child. After knowing each and every child strength and weakness teacher can manage the class properly.

First of all i identify the children and find out the drawbacks of each children and also tried to know from which family the children are belongs to,have there any facility to study at home where their parent's guide or not,knowing all above , i manage

First of all we should know about the children which comes from different backgrounds and section of the society.We need to identify his weaknesses and involve parents to remove such things by weekly meetings . In this way parents are highly beneficial for teachers to remove such weaknesses and strength of the child. After knowing each and every child strength and weaknesses teacher can manage the class properly in a good class room atmosphere.

We call parent in PTM ,held monthly & discuss the Behavior of their wards in a separate room ,no ward there and reach a conclusion. Both agree that class can be managed well if the students are motivated to study.

Teacher , student's and their parents are the Pillar of learning in educational system now a days.Students activities and their participation in classroom is essential to get the best output in learning process.In this regard, inviting parents to observe their kids in classroom benifits not only teachers but also students.After noticed they can motivate and encourage their kids to active participation and helping to remove shyness and introvert nature.
