৫. তৎক্ষণাত পুৰস্কাৰ প্ৰদান কৰক।

The first and foremost thing is to find out the level of understanding of the students . Secondly, the things which students find difficulty to understand must be found out. Then the effective technology which can help in the class must be identified. After all, the environment of the class must be friendly and cooperative.
