शिक्षक एक विधार्थी के जीवन में एहम भूमिका निभाता है|क्योंकि गुरु ही है जो माता पिता के बाद क्या सही है क्या गलत है बताते है |अगर एक अच्छा गुरु जीवन में मिल जाये तो पूरा जीवन सुधर जाता है | गुरुर्ब्रह्मा ग्रुरुर्विष्णुः गुरुर्देवो महेश्वरः । गुरुः साक्षात् परं ब्रह्म तस्मै श्री गुरवे नमः यानि गुरु ब्रह्मा है, गुरु विष्णु है, गुरु हि शंकर है; गुरु हि साक्षात् परब्रह्म है; उन सद्गुरु को प्रणाम|

Ma'am school is a temple of learning and kids go to school to learn. And the teacher is responsible for what that happen .if a teacher prepare a warm happy environment the students are more likely to be engaged. Teachers are not there to teach but also to love and care for them. Teachers are highly respected by the people of the community and therefore become the role model for the students.
