Yes sir the same situation I face several times. But as a teacher we have to make balance in such a situation. When a weak student answer in my class I told the good students to encourage them at least they participate. And after following some strategies given in gurushala the good students also appreciate the weak ones. As in 10to tackle method , marking the stars and response card where no weak student feel inferior. And we can tackle both type of students without neglecting the good one.
