Today I want to share my experience with """gurushala"""....I used ? star method in my classroom...THen it really works...
   Now I used this method at my home to my son ..I told him that if you will do your work  properly .THen i will give you one ? star. if you will get 5 ? ? ??? star's then i will give you 5 ? star chocolate...
 You can't imagine he always ready to do his work and always try to do his work properly. This method really works..
