About the course

In the early years, children are the most perceptive to learning. Almost 90% of a child’s brain develops during this time and a child’s ability to absorb what is around them is much higher than adults. It is our responsibility as adults to create experiences that can ensure the best learning for each child. This course will help teachers to understand how different activities and different approaches can lead to the development of cognitive, language and social-emotional skills of the children and contribute towards the holistic development.

 

What will you learn

After completing the course, you will learn about the activities and materials which will help in developing the cognitive skills in the children to strengthen problem solving skills. Teachers will learn about the readiness skills that helps in developing language acquisition in early years and will also encourages the children to identify their social-emotional skills in order to actively enagage in learning.
