Effective communication skills that build a positive school environment are self-awareness, sending direct, complete, relevant, congruent messages, listening, using feedback and being aware of what we are communicating non verbally. In this course, you will see how we can develop all these skills in teachers as well as in students to ehance teaching-learning process.
