A passionate educationist with an experience of more than 20 years and in leadership role for 10 years. Handled various national and international Curriculum during this tenure. I have been recognized for child centric approach, skills, team building, quality of work progressive thinking, spontaneity. Planning and execution of successful CSR programs with media mileage & networking is an added strength. The desire to contribute in ever evolving education system motivated me to move out of limiting myself as a school principal and got me associated with schools through training programs, workshops and professional development programs in a capacity of a Director/ Education Solution Provider. I enjoy being into multitasking with the roles of Director- Reggio Emilia (I) Foundation, Academic Director-The International School Of Thrissur, Council and Founder of an all women network to provide education solutions, IRA e Educare. Member - GLG, Subject Expert & Panellist - ISRO Educational Programs and Independent education solution provider to various organisations. I am also working on Heritage conservation for more than a decade now, along with developing an awareness program for the age group of 8 to 14 years so that they can understand and take pride in our rich and varied heritage. My efforts are to connect the past with the present to secure a better future. I love volunteering for the children with special needs. Making these children independent and developing the confidence of being especially abled but not different from others is something I consider as my responsibility. Their unconditional love inspires me to move ahead on my chosen path.
