Being a teacher is hard. The obstacles you encounter can arise from many directions – with students, parents, administrators, or with the many roles and responsibities you have to maintain. Teaching, a noble profession is a daunting and challenging task.

A call to someone to participate in a competitive situation or fight to decide who is superior in terms of ability or strength is called ‘challenge.’ A challenge is something new and difficult that requires great effort and determination. 


Challenges faced in Classroom:

We all teachers face many challenges in our classrooms. Some challenges that we are facing in our classroom are as follows:

• Applying a prescribed curriculum to all types of students
• Keeping up with the expectations of school admins
• Excessive paperwork for data collection
• Not enough time to plan
• Teachers being made accountable for more than they should
• No time to deal with bodily functions
• Teachers working too many roles at the same time
• Lack of teamwork, empathy, and support between students
• Less teaching time for teachers
• Textbook exposure to learning
• Redundant teaching techniques
• Minium translation of teaching efforts
• Stagnant tech devices
• Knowing students well
• Understanding the different learning abilities and capacities of the students
• Motivating and encouraging them when the students under the platform and have to deal with parental and peer pressure
• Building an effective communication channel between the management – parents – students
• Handle too many masters
• Lack of proper funding
• Limitations of standardized testing
• Lack of parental support
• Changing educational trends
• Limitations of disciplining students

Classroom challenges are one of the adequate problems faced by teachers and a good teacher has the courage to overcome all these challenges bravely. Addressing these common classroom challenges can not only help to improve teacher retention rates but also enhance the success rates of the student and the ultimate quality of education.
