Making a calendar with children and helping them ascribe work to different days is helpful in distributing work and ensuring that it gets done. Encouraging children to create a time chart for each day also helps them to learn how much time they want to invest in all the things they have to do. As adults, we can pin this timetable on the walls of our children's rooms to make sure that they don't forget about it and don't spend excessive time on their gadgets or pleasure activities. Making such a time chart will help our children to remember their responsibilities and be cautious about where their time is getting spent.
It is also necessary that we teach our children the importance of taking time out to relax and find rest. This is crucial to ensure that our children don't get burnt out and remain aware of their body's needs for
relaxation.

and place a tick next to them once they complete a task.

As adults, if we ourselves finish our tasks without much delay, we can create an example for our children and ensure that they don't become learn the wrong things from observing us and become lethargic.
