वृद्धावस्था

निर्बल काया,

बस मोह माया,

मृत्यु का साया,

प्रतिपल छाया,

अंत से जतन ,

अनंत का प्रयत्न,

लुप्त है आपा,

अंग अंग कांपा,

रूदन का एहसास,

कराता आभास,

न है कोई पास,

शक्तिहीन काठी,

मांगती साथी,

अभिलाषा लुभाती,

बुझ जाए बाती ,

दुर्गम काज,

सुदूर समाज,

न कल न आज,

खंडित व्यवस्था,

आह  वृधावस्था !
